سياسة الخصوصية

تُوضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيف يقوم تطبيق Marassi ("التطبيق"، "نحن") بجمع بياناتك واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدامك للتطبيق على الويب أو على أجهزة iOS و Android. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضّحة أدناه.

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمات الضروريين لتشغيل التطبيق:

4. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط أو حسب ما يلزم لتقديم الخدمة. عند حذف حسابك، تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية خلال مدة معقولة (حتى 30 يوماً)، ما لم يوجب القانون الاحتفاظ ببعضها.

5. أمان البيانات

نتّبع إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك، منها تشفير كلمات المرور ونقل البيانات عبر اتصال آمن (HTTPS). ومع ذلك لا يمكن ضمان أمان مطلق لأي نظام عبر الإنترنت.

التطبيق موجّه للاستخدام المؤسسي/المهني وغير مخصّص للأطفال دون 16 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Marassi (the "App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the App on the web or on iOS and Android devices.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account data: name, email, phone number, preferred language.
  • Credentials: password (stored encrypted/hashed).
  • Work content: sites, clients, notes, follow-ups, products, contacts, assignments, and attachments you create.
  • Messages: chat content you send to colleagues.
  • Location: coordinates of field sites you enter or select on the map. With your permission we may use device location to place a site on the map; you may decline without losing core functionality.
  • Push token & diagnostics: device notification identifier and basic technical logs.

2. How We Use It

  • Provide core features (site management, assignments, follow-ups, chat).
  • Send push notifications for new messages and site updates.
  • Display sites on maps and analytics reports to authorized users in your organization.
  • Secure accounts, enforce permissions, and prevent abuse.

3. Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers required to run the App: Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), Pusher (real-time messaging), and map tile providers (OpenStreetMap / Esri). Work data is visible to authorized users within your organization according to role permissions.

4. Retention & Security

We retain data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within a reasonable period (up to 30 days) unless retention is legally required. We use reasonable safeguards including hashed passwords and HTTPS.

5. Your Rights

You can access/correct your data in-app, request deletion (see the Delete Account page), and revoke device permissions (location, notifications) anytime in your phone settings.
